Hamburger: We grind our own beef from Swedish sirloin and Swedish fillet of beef.

Béarnaise sauce: Egg yolk, sauce base (Swedish rapeseed oil), parsley, tarragon, red wine vinegar, red onion, salt, barbecue seasoning, cayenne pepper, water.

Barbecue seasoning: Salt, pepper powder, chili powder, granulated onion, granulated garlic, white pepper, cardamom, nutmeg.

Hamburger bun: Wheat flour, water, durum wheat, inverted sugar syrup, wheat gluten, rapeseed oil, yeast, potato flakes, potato starch, salt, farina, organic emulsifiers, psyllium seeds, wheat sourdough powder, aroma, malted barley flour, may contain traces of sesame seeds. Dairy- & egg-free.
