Deep fried Camembert

Allergens: Dairy products, gluten, eggs.

Camembert: Pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, lactic acid bacteria, rennet, calcium chloride, mold culture, heavily salted.

Breading: Wheat flour, wheat malt, flour treatment agents, ascorbic acid, water, salt, yeast, eggs.

Cloudberry jam: Cloudberries, sugar, water, stabilizers (pectin), citric acid, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), ascorbic acid.

Saltine: Wheat flour, organic oil (palm, shea & rapeseed), wheat starch, sugar, salt, baking powder, hartshorn salt, sodium bicarbonate, malt extract, yeast extract, wheat gluten, aroma, malted barley flour.

Deep fried parsley

We use trans-fat-free oil without palm oil when deep frying.
