Escalope: Boneless pork loin from Swedish pigs raised with rapeseed-feed.

Breading: Wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, eggs.

Red wine gravy: Yellow onion, carrot, celeriac, parsnip, tomato purée, sugar, red wine vinegar, sprigs of parsley, red wine, 4-pepper mix, thyme, bay leaves, cloves of garlic, water, veal stock, corn starch (Maizena), salt.

Parsley butter: Parsley, lemon, salt & pepper, Swedish rapeseed oil, butter, cream, lactic acid bacteria (1,2 %).

Barbecue seasoning: Salt, pepper powder, chili powder, granulated onion, granulated garlic, white pepper, cardamom, nutmeg.

Accompaniments: Pickled gherkinLemon, Anchovy, Caper.
