Pork: Swedish fillet of pork.

Mustard dressing: Mustard, sugar, vinegar, water, Swedish rapeseed oil.

Béarnaise sauce: Egg yolksauce base (Swedish rapeseed oil), parsley, tarragon, red wine vinegar, red onion, salt, barbecue seasoning, cayenne pepper, water.

Mixed salad: White cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, leek, cucumber.

Red wine gravy: Yellow onion, carrot, celeriac, parsnip, tomato purée, sugar, red wine vinegar, sprigs of parsley, red wine, 4-pepper mix, thyme, bay leaves, cloves of garlic, water, veal stock, corn starch (Maizena), salt.

Barbecue seasoning: Salt, pepper powder, chili powder, granulated onion, granulated garlic, white pepper, cardamom, nutmeg.
